Description
Processing
This coffee is a natural process. That means the coffee cherry is left on the bean to dry before hulling. This imparts a pleasant fruitiness to the coffee. The natural processing method is the most eco-friendly because it uses less water than other processing methods. It’s one of the many reasons we love natural process coffees.
Roast Level
This Zambian coffee is a City Roast. City roasts are on the light side of medium, pulled just as the bean turns a chocolatey color. At this point in the roast, the coffee’s authentic flavors shine without any smokiness or oil. We love the clean flavor coffee has at this stage. City Roast brings out the stone fruit flavors in the cup, while keeping the chocolate clean and balanced. R-E-S-P-E-C-T has a linger that will satisfy.
Traceability
R-E-S-P-E-C-T is traceable to farm because we respect our farmers.
