Why did you call your company “Blind Coffee Roasters”?
I (Tim) am a Type 1 Diabetic, and have been through two eye surgeries. During the recovery of the second procedure, my wife, Holly, and I had a tear filled discussion about what I was going to do for a living if I was unable to see… that’s how Blind Coffee Roasters was born.
Where do you get your coffee?
We work with a variety of wholesalers, but we LOVE Cafe Kreyol and Genuine Origin.
Why do your coffee selections change?
We buy limited amounts of coffee because we only want to carry a super high quality coffee, and that coffee will change from season to season. Kind of like wine grapes, actually…
Where did the logo come from?
One of our first customers, Rebecca Reese, designed it for us in 2012 after deciding our original logo wasn’t strong enough… She was right.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
You can use any major credit card or your Paypal account when purchasing through our online shopping cart.

How do I place an Order?
Easy! Add any of our products to your cart, view your cart, then add your credit card and billing information, place your order, and voila!

How Do I Track My Order?
You should get an email when your order ships. Tracking information should be in that email. Otherwise, talk to NASA.

How Can I Return a Product?
Unless something really bad has happened to your coffee or gear and it needs to be replaced, we do not accept returns.
