Processing
Both coffees in Mayan Mix are washed process. This means the coffee farmers wash the coffee cherry off of the bean, giving it a clean taste. Washed process coffees tend to have chocolatey notes, and Mayan Mix is no different.
Roast Level
We roast Mayan Mix as a City Roast. This means the beans are pulled out of the roaster just as they turn a chocolatey color. At this stage, we find that the coffee’s authentic flavors shine without any smokiness or oil. This blend of coffees is on the light side of medium to highlight its natural bittersweet chocolate. At this roast level, the mouthfeel is pleasant and clean.

We will deliver orders from the Portland Metro Area within 1-3 business days free of charge. You can also choose local pickup. We will ship all other orders within 1-3 business days and provide tracking information via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Free shipping is available for orders of $50 or more.
