What else would you drink if you were in Wonderland? Made with a Blend of African and Central American coffees, this one will help you slay a frumious beast. Jabberwocky Blend is earthy from the African beans and chocolatey from the Central American beans for a delicious morning cup to have you feeling frabjous.
Processing
Both coffees in this blend are a washed process. In a washed process coffee, the farmers wash the coffee fruit off the bean with water. This gives the beans a clean and tulgey flavor.
Roast Level
Like most of our coffees, Jabberwocky Blend is a City Roast. City Roasts are on the light side of medium roast, which keeps the acidity low. We pull the coffee out of the roaster when the beans are about the color of milk chocolate. This roast level best brings out the coffee’s natural flavors without any mimsy oiliness.
Traceability
Both of these coffees are Direct Trade because exploitation is as bad as a bandersnatch.

We will deliver orders from the Portland Metro Area within 1-3 business days free of charge. You can also choose local pickup. We will ship all other orders within 1-3 business days and provide tracking information via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Free shipping is available for orders of $50 or more.
