Processing
The folks at the Ramirez Estate grow this coffee with care and process it using the washed method. This means the coffee cherry is washed off the bean with water before drying, ensuring a clean taste.
Roast Level
Like most of our coffees, Existential Support is a City Roast. City Roasts are on the light side of medium roast, which keeps the acidity low. We pull the roast out of the roaster when the beans are about the color of milk chocolate. This roast level best brings out the coffee’s natural flavors without any unpleasant oiliness. This Dominican coffee is roasted to highlight the mixed nuts flavor with just a hint of the baking spice that’s more prevalent in Dominican Fruitcake.

We will deliver orders from the Portland Metro Area within 1-3 business days free of charge. You can also choose local pickup. We will ship all other orders within 1-3 business days and provide tracking information via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Free shipping is available for orders of $50 or more.
