Roast Level
Soledo is a City Roast. This means it is pulled from the roaster when it reaches a milk chocolatey color. We find that City Roasts allow the coffee’s authentic flavors shine without any smokiness or oil. In the case of Soleado, it is on the light side of medium to bring out the raspberries and brown sugar. This roast level provides a clean and smooth mouthfeel with low acidity.

We will deliver orders from the Portland Metro Area within 1-3 business days free of charge. You can also choose local pickup. We will ship all other orders within 1-3 business days and provide tracking information via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Free shipping is available for orders of $50 or more.
