Description

Coffee or tea?  With cascara, you don’t have to pick just one!
Cascara is the coffee berry that surrounds coffee beans, dried for tea.  It makes a plummy, syrupy, tea full of flavor with just a hint of that coffee taste.
Our cascara is fully traceable and comes from the El Paraiso farm in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador.  El Paraiso is one of the leaders making cascara a drink in it’s own right.  Ours comes from the red bourbon coffee varietal.

Cascara doesn’t oversteep the way tea does.  The longer it infuses, the sweeter it gets.  Try it as a sun tea or iced tea!
